The Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF), the premier organization for the small and emerging government contractor community, announced today the appointment of Richard Pineda (CALIBRE, President & CEO) as Chair. Mitchell Ross (Acquisition and Management, LLC, Principal) will become Vice-Chair. Mark Melton (Cordia Partners, Partner) will remain as Treasurer, and Meghan Gifford (Octo Consulting Group, Director of Corporate Development) will become Secretary. Further, Aland Acuna (Acuna Consulting, CEO), Christopher Crowder (Unanet, Regional Vice President), Kevin Hodges (Watermark Risk Management, President), Jack Moore (Evans Consulting, Managing Partner), Adam Nalls (Atlantic Union Bank, Senior Vice President), and Eric Vendt (Whiteford, Taylor & Preston, Partner) were all named to the Board of Directors.
